Luxury holiday apartment with uninterrupted sea views, fireplace, 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms and a beach chair to relax. This new luxury holiday apartment is located directly on the Baltic Sea with a view of the lighthouse, the mouth of the slime and all the way to Denmark.

The apartment is located on the top and top floor of a holiday home with two apartments and is built in massive construction directly on the north jetty. The entire house is operated by regenerative energy and is equipped with the latest technology and a room air system.
The BalticLounge1 holiday apartment is all equipped with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and offers a clear view of the Baltic Sea to Denmark and the mouth of the Mucus with the Schleimünde lighthouse.
You can easily reach the entrance door via a staircase or a ramp. The entrance area with wardrobe and chest of drawers is on the ground floor of the house. From here you get to the upper floor, which offers enough space for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a living area.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box spring beds, wardrobes and flat screens.
The 3rd Bedroom, or children's room offers 2 single beds and a chest of drawers. Outside shutters ensure a restful sleep in all bedrooms, which our guests like to spend a moment longer in bed in the morning. The spacious shower room on the upper floor is equipped with a large floor-level rain shower, two vanities and a toilet.
The spacious living room offers a large smart TV and a comfortable lounge sofa with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The open fire accompanies you through the entire living area, just turn it in your desired direction.
Another staircase leads to the 2nd Upstairs. This fantastic floor has a wonderful large kitchen with dining area for 6 people and sea views. While cooking, look directly at the free Baltic Sea, chat with friends at the counter or open the doors to the terrace and hear the rustling of the Baltic Sea. Cooking here is pure relaxation and experience at the same time.
On the north side, the roofed roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the free Baltic Sea or you can enjoy the evening sun on the second balcony. The highlight on this floor is the large bathroom, free-standing bathtub with a fantastic view of the open Baltic Sea, walk-in rain shower and double sink.
The apartment is part of the northern, newly built, exclusive Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be some construction work in the area. The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.

On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 6 guests.
A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. For bookings of 10 nights or more, the service charge and laundry are included in the rental price. Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of 159.00 euros.
The deposit of € 200.00 is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
