The luxury holiday house "The Sea Room" offers great water views to the harbor and Schlei - you can sunbathe on the roof terrace. In the evening you can enjoy the setting sun from the terrace on the ground floor overlooking the marina of Olpenitz. The Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is the perfect holiday destination - whether for your romantic holiday or the whole family including the beloved four-legged friends.

The house offers holiday comfort on all 3 levels. The luxurious furnishings have been lovingly matched. A spacious, bright living area with high-quality sofa sets, as well as the modern kitchen and dining area provide all the technical amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

2 bedrooms each with a comfortable double beds are available for restful nights and the lounge room on the 2nd. Upstairs can be considered 3. Bedroom can be used for 2 persons and has direct access to the roof terrace. The whirlpool tub and sauna provide relaxing spa hours.

Schönes Resort mit Potential

Ein schöne Anlage, Haus direkt am Strand. Das Resort befindet sich noch im Aufbau, sodass noch einiges im Enstehen ist. Es ist also noch Luft nach oben bei den Angeboten. Das Haus war nett, sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar nicht gross, aber man kann sich arrangieren. Da es sich um ein Naturschutzgebiet handelt, sollte man keine Probleme mit Möwen haben, die dort reichlich vertreten sind 😀. Dafür ist der kleine Strand hinter dem Haus zu jeder Zeit fast Menschenleer. Also absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Objekt mit substandard Umfeld

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Ausstattung der Umgebung und der Aussicht. Allerdings gab es keine Möglichkeit vernünftig in dem Areal an das Wasser zu kommen bzw. Spazieren zu gehen. Enge Straße ohne Fußgängerweg. Für ein Haus mit 6 Betten werden 2 Parkplätze benötigt!

Super Lage und schönes Haus

Das Haus steht super, viele Möwen und auch genügend Ruhe. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass zwar die Regeln in der Hausordnung drin standen, es sich aber keiner dran gehalten hat. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort. Die Gäste hielten sich fast alle nicht an den Leinenzwang auf dem Gelände. Unser Hund wurde einige Male sehr gefordert, da wir uns an die Regeln hielten. Ein Gast hatte am Strand seinen Hund an der Leine und wo er etwas weiter weg war machte er seinen Hund wieder von der Leine ab. Sein Hund rannte sofort zu meinem angeleitet Hund. Der Fremde Hund zerstörte unseren Windschutz und ich verletzte mich, da mein Hund sich so sehr erschrocken hat. Die anderen Besitzer hatten kein Verständnis und verschwanden wieder. Nun saßen wir da mit unserem zerstörten Haufen von Zeug und meinem blutende Bein. Solche Situationen wiederholten sich. Geht gar nicht, dass es niemanden auf dem Resort gibt, der auf die Regeln achtet. Die Autos dort fuhren teilweise 50 km/h, obwohl nur 30 erlaubt waren. Hier muss vom Resort mehr aufgepasst werden. Das Haus war wirklich schön, aber wir werden dort nie wieder hin fahren.
