This apartment combines modern facilities with the historic charm of the built in 1907 city villa. Particularly impressive are the exposed wooden beams and the duplex construction, which give the apartment a unique character. The open, fully equipped kitchen merges into a large living and dining area.  From here, a graceful spiral staircase leads up to the master bedroom. This is the highest point of the house and allows a unique view over the roofs Kappeln, to the loop and the fields behind it.

The imposing historic city villa from 1907 is centrally located in the picturesque town of Kappeln. The Rosen Villa houses four modern furnished apartments, named after rose varieties. The apartments each have a size of 80m² and are designed for 4 people.  The large outdoor area offers green areas with mature trees and blooming roses. In the house there is ample parking for the guests, as well as several garages, which can be used on request.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 22:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
