The main living area is open plan and consists of kitchen, dining area and living room with direct access to the balcony facing the front of the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor.



The apartment has central heating to keep to warm in winter and has lots of openable windows for ventilation in the summer months.



A private parking space at the property is available for use, directly at the building which makes it convenient for packing up and unpacking when you arrive by car or motorcycle.

It is a short drive to the Kitzsteinhorn ski lift, and also to the Maiskogel ski lift.



Zell am See is around 10km travelling by road.
