Sea Terrace Joglo - Waru Cottage

A medium size traditional Joglo house with sea terrace, with private bathroom and extended air-conditioned room. With a 25 square meters of cosy living space, this cottage can accommodate from 1 to 4 people comfortably.

The house was designed for those who seek an island-simple-life experience. Consists of 3 Cottages situated directly to the ocean-front, in stretch of 1,800 square meters with mangrove and natural surroundings, the guests will immediately pampered by the fresh air and the laid-back ambience, away from the city hustle. With a private yacht and a private speedboat decked nearby the house, the guests will be able to experience an ultimate pleasure of blue water sailing in the Java Sea accompanied by the expert crews. The house also provided with all the unique sea adventuring packages, such as snorkeling with or without sharks, swimming in the blue ocean, open water and ship-wreck diving, fishing, Inter-island explorations, and many other activities.

With the dedication to preserve environment, the house consistently implements its 4R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover) Policy by using environmental friendly system in the house, such as Solar Water Heater, Grey Water Separation, Decentralized Waste Water Treatment (DEWATS), and Solid Waste Management with Composting. We are also emphasizing an energy efficiency approach by using low watt LED Lightings, integrating water elements into the surrounding of living area to reduce the consumption of air conditioning. Thus, not only beautifully and meticulously designed, the house offers the guests the opportunity to experience an ultimate natural lifestyle
