Apartments Matea with Infinity Pool

The holiday house Matea consists of 4 apartments for two to six persons. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony where you can relax during your Croatia vacation and recover from your everyday life.
Each apartment has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs.
Furthermore, in the garden of the house is a pool with stunning views of the sea and the island of Pag available.
Beach chairs at the pool are available. Likewise, you have a beautiful, stone-built stone barbecue with an accompanying terrace available.
The beaches are about 100 meters walk without having to cross the coastal road., The sea is about 50 meters as the crow flies away. Nearby you will find a small market for shopping in front of, as well as three restaurants and a kiosk for breakfast bread.
The aWe rent e-bikes. They are popular in every age group. Apartments are equipped with air conditioning and WI-Fi is available.
The SUB (2 pieces of water paddleboards) are available to you and your children - as well as a kayak available for use. We rent e-bikes. They are popular in every age group. They improve the quality of life, enable even more mobility, and drive fun in everyday life.

Eine wundervolle und erholsame Zeit als Familie mit Hund!
Vor der Buchung hatten wir ein paar Fragen bzgl. unseres Hundes. Helena antwortete uns extrem schnell und konnten alle Fragen direkt lösen. Daher war unsere Freude auf die Zeit zum ersten Mal zu 5. hier in Kroatien umso größer. Am Anreisetag rief uns Helena an, um zu Fragen wie weit wir sind und dass die Wohnung bereits bezugsfertig ist. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich von der ganzen Familie. Wir waren mega überrascht von der Wohnung, da diese hier nochmal renoviert wurde. Im hellen, modernen Stil und mit neuen Küchengeräten. Die Tage haben wir sehr genossen. Frühstücken mit Meeresblick, eine Abkühlung immer am Meer oder im Pool, das Grillen am Abend – hier steht einem alles zur Verfügung und die Anlage sowie auch die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt! Helena, Boris und ihre Familie leben die kroatische Herzlichkeit und wer es kennt, kommt ein Stück nachhause. ------ Kleiner Tipp: Die Basics an Lebensmittel sollte man vielleicht mitbringen, wenn man hier die tolle Küche und den modernen Backofen verwenden will. Kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es in Karlobag. Größere Geschäfte sind etwas entfernter, aber kann man super mit einem Besuch direkt in Zadar und Co verbinden 😉 Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf!

Hatten eine schöne Zeit in karlobag. Ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, selbst bei Hochsaison. Restaurant waren nur 2 dabei die man empfehlen kann, aber für uns ausreichend. Das Apartment war wunderschön mit tollem Meerblick, aber für 4 Personen und einem Kleinkind einfach zu klein. Gut das war aber unser eigene schuld hätten bloß eine größere Wohnung buchen müssen. Werden auf alle Fälle wieder hin fahren

Erholsame Ruhe in schöner Umgebung bei sehr netten Vermietern
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei Helena. Das Appartment ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool ist super für eine Abkühlung oder zum Spielen für die Kinder und das Meer ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Auch die Stand-Up Paddles haben die Kinder gerne genutzt. Helena und ihr Mann Boris sind sehr nette, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieter, man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Insgesamt hatten wir als Familie mit Hund einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ruhiger Familienurlaub mit sehr angenehmen Vermietern
Wir haben zwei Wochen Urlaub bei Helena und Boris verbringen dürfen. Die Appartments sind für eine 5-Köpfige Familie ausreichend. Ein Kind hat auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Pool und gesamte Anlage ist super sauber und sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr bemüht und wir durften an einem gemeinsamen Grillabend teilnehmen. Sogar Kuchen wurde vorbei gebracht. Eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre während. Unsere Kinder konnten sehr von den Standup-Subs profitieren und Abends gab es nach einem ausgiebigen Strandtag immernoch einen tollen Pool. Gegenüber der Lokation kann man nichts sagen. Es wäre schön wenn in der Nähe noch 1-2 gute Restaurants eröffnen würden. Das fehlt etwas. Auch ein gut sortierter Lebensmittelmarkt wäre toll. Darauf haben aber unsere Gastgeber logischerweise keinen Einfluss. Wir konnten die Tatinja Beach Bar empfehlen die wir ganz zum Ende besucht haben.

Traumhafter Urlaub im wunderschönen Kroatien
Wir wurden bereits am anreisetag herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus war super sauber mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool war super und die Kids hatten dort viel Spaß. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen. Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit 👌🏻😎

das Apartment war für uns perfekt.wir waren drei erwachsene und zwei kinder.
Das Haus Matea war wunderschön für uns.Innerhalb von 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand,beim Bäcker oder im Restaurant.Das Apartment war gepflegt und die Besitzerin war sehr sehr gastfreundlich.in einfachen Deutsch könnten wir uns gut mit ihr verständigen und am Wochenende waren ihr Sohn und seine Familie Ansprechpartner auf Englisch. Uns und unseren Kindern hat der Pool besonders gut gefallen.
