Luxury villa Rock - with private pool and beach

Luxury villa Rock is one of three LUKOVO VILLAS located in untouched nature, on their own cape, just steps from the sea and the beach. It has its own fresh water swimming pool and a beautiful view of Velebit mountain, Adriatic and island of Pag.

The space

Villa Rock has around 150 m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms with an ‘’en suite’’ bathrooms on first floor and living room and another bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. From the ground floor you take the stares down to the most important room in the house. Big luxury equipped kitchen with dining table, open wood fireplace and barbecue, and extra toilet and laundry room. It opens to our beautiful garden terrace with swimming pool, lounge area, sun loungers and open shower.
Every room in the house is equipped with flat screen TV with satellite channels, air-condition, in-floor heating system, and Wi-Fi signal thought the property.
For our younger guests we have a Playstation 4 Console for some indoor fun.
Villa has its own driveway with 2 parking spots.
Although the first market is 19 km away, we have fresh bakery products, seasonal fruit and vegetables delivered to your doorstep few times a week. You can expect breathtaking views all around the house.

Interaction with guests

Although our life is in Zagreb, which is only 2,5 hour drive, we all spend our summers here, and in Spring and Autumn as much weekends and free time as possible. We will gladly be at your service. We can provide advice on excursions or organize them for you, provide best local meat or fish and wee'll be glad to also prepare them for you if you would like that :)

Other things to note

When coming, you need to be prepared that there is no market in the neighborhood so you should bring your food with you or plan to go shopping in next few days and bring just necessities. You can also let us know if we can get something for you before your arrival.
