In 2005, the semi-detached house Alte Schmiede 4 was built as a holiday home, in a quiet location on the outskirts of Karlshagen. In the house there are two identical apartments with a size of 85 m² with terrace and garden. In addition, there is a sauna between the apartments, which is available to guests of both homes. It is about 800 m to the beach and about 1.5 km to the harbor of the seaside resort Karlshagen. In both apartments guests of the Alte Schmiede 4 have free Wi-Fi. The spacious three-room apartments (AS1 & 2) are comfortably furnished and have a large terrace and a garden. In the living room with kitchen area is located for a cozy evening a fireplace. The kitchens are fully equipped and equipped with dishwasher, stove & oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. V. M. stocked. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each apartment has a guest toilet. In the garden you will also find a storage room for your bikes, a barbecue. On the ground floor of the guesthouse Maiglöckchen, Am Maiglöckchenberg 3 (about 1km from the Alte Schmiede 4), lies our breakfast room. A rich breakfast buffet is available here from 8:00 am to 10:00 am The buffet includes a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, marmalades and pastries, as well as various fruits, cereals and dairy foods.
