Beautiful property, appliances seem to work good, ac took a while to get cold after being off but worked good after, could have been a little cleaner as dogs went under the bed looking around and came out covered in dust. Love being on the water, caught some fish and launched our kayaks from the private boat ramp. What is stocked in the kitchen was minimal so probably pack an extra roll of paper towel, plastic silverware, etc. We enjoyed the stay, plan to come back this summer. 5 star.

Stay Away: Big but missing a lot of basics. The Good: 1. Excellent location (only ~2 miles from Uncertain) 2. Big house, plenty of room and space for relaxing and keeping kids entertained 3. Lake facing, quiet area 4. The living space is big, the separate hall is pretty massive too The bad: 1. Basic ameneties are missing - no hand wash, no body wash and no shampoo. On reaching out to the owner the same night as check-in about missing hand wash, they apologized and said they would replenish it soon. The next day we messaged them saying there is no body wash either, then they said they do not typically provide body wash or shampoo -- legally they were right and a miss on our part to miss seeing that on the listing. But it's such a basic thing that you do expect to get at least a handwash in such an expensive and big property. 2. The towels are may be 2 decades old and one of them was very dirty (I have photographs for proof). 3. There are no curtains in any rooms and the outside big lamp-post won't turn off so basically you have to sleep in rooms with very bright lights on. 4. The furniture downstairs (patio chairs and table) was very dirty (have proof) 5. The sofas are very old and seem very dirty (may be it was the muddy color giving that vibe, so I could be wrong on this one) 6. Crazy expensive. We are avid travelers and have stayed in many places of varying prices from few hundreds to thousands, and this one was absolutely not worth the money they are charging.

We have been coming to Caddo Lake for years! We were greeted by the property manager and everything at this home was perfect for our trip! We enjoyed cooking, hanging out and exploring the lake! We will be back for sure! Thank you for sharing this amazing property that had it all!!!
