We are over 85 year old couples and they assigned our room in third floor. Unfortunately no elevator. So we asked first floor instead but were asked for extra charge for over ¥52700 We finally took second floor without extra charge. We are disappointed that one of the best hotel around the world without elevators

We stayed in a beautiful secluded mountain view room with overhanging trees offering the perfect amount of privacy for our patio. Our room exuded such a calm & peaceful vibe & feel of a zen garden from the faint smell of calming incense
