Luxury Modern Two En Suite Bedroom Villa With Private Pool. Close To Town.

Pembe Ev is a modern luxury fully modernised two en suite bedroom villa located within an easy 5-10 minute walk of the town centre. Migros and Macro supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants are all just a few minutes walk away. Perfect for picking up your fresh morning bread or cold evening beer.

Fully renovated from top to bottom for 2021 the villa offers two luxury en suite bedrooms each with private balconies and modern shower bathrooms. Bedroom 2 can be made up with either single beds for children or a super king double for a second couple. Ultra efficient and quiet Siemens air conditioning and comfy beds will ensure a great night's sleep.

The roof terrace has glass balustrades to take in the beautiful sea views and is furnished with a L-sofa under a shaded pergola and two sunbeds with full sun. This is the ultimate place for private sunbathing. The roof room offers space for inside dining as well as mini kitchen with sink, small fridge and kettle. You won't need to leave.

On the pool side level has a sparking private pool (1.45m in depth) with walk in steps. The poolside gets lots of early sunshine and there is a large shaded pergola to give valuable shade for dining on the garden level.

Everything at Pembe Ev was brand new in summer 2021 and been chosen with great care for detail. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful property and amenities, loved the water dispenser which we added fresh lemons from the tree outside for hydration during our stay. Fantastic location, not too far into town. Wonderful views from the terrace having breakfast.

Five star all the way. Fabulous property and very clean. Not too far from Kallkan town which has beautiful restaurants with roof topped terraces and lots of lovely shopping. The view on the upstairs terrace was magnificent. Bridget was very helpful. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk away. We would definitely return.

Pembe Ev villa is just perfection. The location is fantastic for walking into town where there are so many fabulous restaurants.Bridget is so lovely and an excellent host. She obviously takes great pride in the villa and her attention to detail is to be commended. Bridget replies quickly to answer any questions before the trip and has a very informative booklet with interesting facts and full instructions for the villa. The fresh water delivery is very efficient and a must on the hot August days.The view from the upstairs terrace is just breathtaking and a wonderful place to have evening drinks. We absolutely loved our time at Pembe Ev and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Bridget for a fantastic holiday.

Simply wonderful

The villa was everything described and more. The property itself was very clean and modern with great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were also great and had everything you'd need. The roof terrace was the jewel in the crown, somewhere to start the day with a coffee and finish in the late afternoon sun with a chilled drink. Location for shops was perfect, 2 great supermarkets with 5 mins walk from the villa. About 8-10 mins walk into town so we didn't end up using our car very much at all. Kalkan is stunning and would come back in a heartbeat. Finally, Bridget's communication, help and advice before and during our stay was fab. Couldn't have wished for more!

We were sad to leave Kalkan and Pembe Ev. The perfect Villa for our needs and just like the photos. I loved the rooftop terrace and stunning view. My husband loved the shade provided close to the pool. Bridget was the perfect host. We received a PDF of villa instructions prior to arrival which was really useful. Detailed washing machine instructions a great bonus. Felt like home from home as everything you needed was in the villa or close to hand. Supermarket 5 minute walk. Only suggestion to improve would be a guest book where guests could recommend restaurants or trips as there are so many to choose from. May is a lovely time to visit as so many flowers in bloom. We will be back next year!

Peace, Perfect Peace

Pembe Ev is a traditional 2 bed Turkish home full of homely comforts. It was very spacious, clean, (in addition two cleaner's came mid way through our two week stay for a period of two hour's) with everything to hand we could possibly have needed. The beautiful spacious pool and patio area's surrounding the villa were cleaned daily and there were plenty of sun loungers and cushions available. Access to the villa was ideal being a flat 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan and lay at the end of Nulifer Street, a beautiful residential area near to a number of quality hotels. The roof top terrace with it's deep cushioned seating area was an added bonus with views to die for. We spent a wonderful two weeks here and have to say were sad to leave.

Pembe Ev - Kalkan

This week was a return to reality for us after a fantastic 2 week stay in Kalkan Turkey. Pembe Ev (Pink House) was fantastic - exactly what we needed for our family (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). The house is extremely well appointed - exactly as described/pictured in the listing. Positioned at the right distance out of town to make walking in easy (about 10 mins) but to ensure you are not disturbed by the night life. The view from the 'top-deck' is superb... we are definitely missing our morning coffee (and evening sundowners) looking at that stunning view! Communication with Bridget was fantastic - really helpful all the way through our holiday experience. We certainly intend to return to Kalkan and hopefully to Pembe Ev! Highly recommended!

Lovely quiet villa in good location

Lovely villa for 2 in a central but quiet location, villa well equipped, extremely clean and very homely. The views from roof top are stunning and the pool was cleaned every morning before we got up! There are a good selection of places to eat just on the top road (we would recommend Johnny's for laid back family food and good cocktails and also kaptans for excellent food - would not recommend Bread n more as takeaway we got was wrong and bad quality) along with all the other main street and harbour ones. We had a couple of minor issues (problems getting access to key box on arrival at 11pm) and electricity which was sorted the next day so no big deal. I would personally recommend the owners/managers meeting you on arrival if they can as it makes things so much easier for access etc. We would recommend this villa highly to others.

Perfect in every wayPembe Eve is a spacious, immaculate villa with every detail well thought out. The outdoor space is excellent, at every level of the villa no matter the time of day you can have sun or shade. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned every morning and the mid stay clean was thorough. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and both showers were powerful, excellent storage/hanging space too. The roof terrace is amazing, you get a breeze by day and at night after enjoying a lovely meal at one of the many super restaurants it’s a beautiful spot looking out over the sea with a nightcap. The fridge at this level is very handy too. Communication with Bridget was very good as was the only time we needed to contact Mrs Vildan the property manager for water replacement. I broke a bone in my foot a few weeks before we arrived so the plentiful taxis were a bonus; they would happily come to the villa and drop off for a very reasonable price. This was our second visit to Kalkan, it’s a special place, too many restaurants to list but the standard is high everywhere. We will definitely return again and Pembe Eve would be our location of choice.

Fantastic Villa with amazing views and facilities.

We have recently returned from our fantastic stay at Villa Pembroke Ev in Kalkan and are missing it already. The villa is immaculate throughout, modern, very clean and spacious. It is very well equipped with utensils, crockery, glasses, towels etc. Bridget and her team including Valdin was always available if we had any little issues, communication was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. The view from the top balcony is breath taking, we enjoyed sunbathing in the day as well as a few glasses of wine and nibbles in the evening. Ten minutes walk downhill into the Old Town where there are plenty of great restaurants most have roof terraces, all the waiters were very friendly, because it can be quiet hilly coming back taxis are so cheap. Plenty of boat trips and beach clubs are available. Throughly, enjoyed our stay in Villa Pembroke Ev and would definately recommend. Also we had fantastic weather. THANK YOU BRIDGET xx

Fantastic Villa with amazing views

We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Pembe. The Villa was amazing, modern, clean, well equipped and in a great location. The views from the top floor were just as described and seen from the pictures. Bridget provided excellent communication and was readily available if we had any issues. We had a fantastic holiday and have already booked to stay at Villa Pembe next year! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
