Villa Alba is a newly constructed and furnished 3 bedroom villa in Cukurbag village. It is a 10-minute drive to the beaches, shops, cafes, and restaurants of Kas town. The villa’s 3 bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and the master suite has a double jacuzzi. Outside you will find the private pool, sun terrace, and dining area with BBQ. With no close neighbours it is a very private area which is not overlooked.
The ground floor of the villa has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining suite, and lounge area. Patio doors provide access to the pool and sun terrace. There is also a WC with utilities. At the far end of the ground floor is the twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool terrace.
Taking the stairs up to the first floor you will find two double bedroom suites. Both bedrooms have balconies. In the left-hand room, you have a sofa with a TV. In the right-hand room, there is his and hers jacuzzi.
