Villa Alen is a charming recently refurbished 3 bedroom villa located in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district. It is furnished in a contemporary style and provides accommodation for up to 6 guests in two double and one twin bedroom. Being only a 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of town it is an ideal choice for guests not wishing to rent a vehicle during their stay.
Upper Ground Floor – Villa Alen
Villa Alen’s accommodation is split over several staggered floors. The main entrance is at street level and leads to a modern well-equipped kitchen and stylish dining area. The kitchen appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, filtre coffee machine, toaster and a microwave oven. The dining area has a television and seating for six, and opens on to a shady patio area to the rear of the property.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Alen
A half flight of stairs leads down to the lounge which is furnished with two large sofas, one armchair, coffee table and large flat screen TV. This space opens directly on to the pool terrace through double sliding glass doors.

Upper Floors – Villa Alen
Three bedrooms are staggered on the split upper levels, firstly a double bedroom, then a twin and finally another double on the top floor. The two doubles lie to the front of the villa and have sea views, the twin faces the main street. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 – Double bed, dressing table with mirror, wardrobe, ensuite shower room, furnished sea view balcony.
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, wardrobe, mirror, ensuite shower room , street view balcony.
Bedroom 3 – Double bed, wardrobe with full length mirror, dressing table, excellent sea views.

Outdoors – Villa Alen
Villa Alen has a larger than average pool, the dimensions being 12 x 4 metres and a depth of 1.4 metres. The pool stretches away from the villa and has a terrace along its full length. Four of the six sun loungers are positioned here and also a beautiful romantic cabana and three umbrellas to provide ample shade when needed.

The other two sunbeds are positioned in a shallow area of the pool. Steps from this shallow area lead into the pool (no handrail).

A comfortable rattan seating group provides an ideal spot to relax by the pool, particularly enjoyable in the evenings when the landscape is lit up by strategically located lamps on the poolside walls.
There is also a good sized lawned garden area reached by steps from the pool terrace, making a great place to relax or play.
