Villa Nana built in 2020 and is located in KömĂŒrlĂŒk district of Kalkan. The property is equipped with great attention to detail and features a high-quality siemens kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a utility room and a guest bathroom with a shower.
Villa Nana is located just east of the public beach of Kalkan and offers a charming view over the bay of Kalkan, the harbour and the old town.
The property is built in a loft style and includes an open plan living, sleeping, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass doors that give direct access to the pool terrace.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa area, a 50 inch smart tv with international channels and a bose sound system.
For the cooler seasons, underfloor heating is available throughout the 90 m2 of the villa.
In the sleeping area you will find a large king-size bed, a freestanding bathtub and pretty paravans for an airy separation from the living and kitchen area.
In addition, a separate utility room, a washing/drying machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
The pool terrace of the villa benefits from its great location and enjoys plenty of sun all day long. The terrace and the heated swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi are in the perfect position to enjoy the spectacular sunsets for which this area of Kalkan is famous.
Under a shaded area, a table and chairs are available for enjoyable sundowners and outdoor dining.
