The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms, one featuring a shower and WC, and the other offering a bath, shower, bidet, and WC, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From the living area, you have direct access to the outdoor spaces, which include a partly roofed terrace of 30 m2 and an additional terrace of 40 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs.
