A beautiful wooden roof chalet builted with lefkara traditional stone situated in a slope of a mountain.

The chalet of 200 sq.m. has a large living room with a corner grey leather couche and a marble fire place. It s connected with a wooden kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, electric oven, cooking rings, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric water kettle, a sandwich grilliere, an instant coffee machine and a microwave. Also, dishes, glasses and all needed kitchenware. In the kitchen there is an old wooden table which fits up to 10 people.

In the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed and balcony. In the second floor there is another bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom.

The chalet is builted in a plot of 800 sq.m. It' s surrounded by a garden full of fruit trees. There is also a place to park up to 4 cars.

It has a spectacular view of mountains and long distance sight of sea. A quiet place in a 500 meters height to spend your vacations, only 30 minutes driving distance from Limassol, Larnaka and Nicosia. The nearest beach is in Agios Theodoros, 15 minutes driving distance.

The chalet is located in Kato Lefkara, a traditional village with old stone houses with coloured wooden windows and narrow paths. Lefkara village has been voted as one of the thirty most beautiful villages of Europe. More traditional villages are near. Vavatsinia village, Kato Drys, Vavla, Ora and Agioi Vavatsinias. The old monastery of Ayios Minas and Macheras monastery are near. Also, Skarinou village which is well known for donkeys.
