Narrow Neck Views has everything you need in a Blue Mountains getaway.

A spacious and private house set on over 2,300 sqm, surrounded by trees and bird life, with expansive views of the Blue Mountains National Park, and the Megalong Valley.

All just a short drive from Katoomba and Leura shops, cafes, galleries, restaurants and world class bush walks.

Gorgeous views - even from the bathroom!

UPSTAIRS

Upstairs features an open plan kitchen and living area that draws you to the large balcony and those views.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. One opens on to the west facing balcony.

Off the kitchen there is an east facing balcony perfect for breakfast. Very peaceful green front garden outlook.

DOWNSTAIRS

Downstairs there is a rumpus room with queen bed perfect for the kids.

There's also a separate dining/living room area and a large deck, providing the flexibility of multiple living and dining spaces for large groups.

BEDROOMS

- Bedroom one is spacious with peaceful front garden views. It has a built in wardrobe and a comfortable queen bed.

- Bedroom two has a queen bed, mountain views and direct access to the balcony.

- Bedroom three has two single beds, built in wardobe and pleasant views of the trees.

- Bedroom four/Rumpus room downstairs has a queen bed, large smart television, sitting table, DVD player, retro Playstation, double sofa bed, gas fire place, air-con, and opens up to a large deck.

Walks in the Mountains

By being close to some great walks, we were able to stretch out and sample lots of what Katoomba offers. From sunset looking out over the Megalong, to brilliant clouds and some rain on the last day. A few days well spent.

What a view!

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Katoomba. The property was clean and tidy on arrival, with some treats waiting for us on the dining table. The fireplace was well exercised while we were there, stocked with wood and ready to go. I found myself close enough to walk to Katoomba attractions and town centre, but far enough away that we heared little more than sounds of the bush. And the view from the main deck - absolutely stunning. I couldn't tire of it.

Spacious and quiet

Living up in the tree tops with clear views this time was amazing. We have previously been to this house with mist and cold however this January, was clear and hot - so the airconditioning was great. Every view is amazing from this house, despite the weather. An enjoyable time.

This property is located with a beautiful sunset view and the host is very friendly and accommodating. It has pretty much all the required amenities and is close to an Indian restaurant. Highly recommended.

Four friends in Katoomba

As four mature age friends meeting up after a long time apart (since high school), this allowed plenty of talk, walks in fresh mountain air, cultural experiences and good food and drink. It was very, very good.

We had a great stay. The house was as advertised. Excellent to the scenic railway/three sisters and shops. All once a 5min drive away The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The kids loved having there own bedroom / space / TV downstairs. We loved sitting around the fire watching the sunset. The chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge was much appreciated. Daniel was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.
