Central Executive Suite is located in an excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the "Spodek" sports and entertainment arena in Katowice. Situated in the center of Katowice, Spodek has become a symbol of the city and an important landmark on the cultural and sports map of the country. It is a multifunctional venue with a capacity of around 11,000 spectators, hosting a variety of events including concerts, sports matches, entertainment shows, trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

A 25-minute walk will take you to the Katowice Market Square – the central hub in the heart of the city, which serves as a popular meeting point and center of social life. Located in the historic part of Katowice, the square is surrounded by historic buildings, cafes, restaurants, and shops, creating a space full of charm and character. It is especially lively on warm days when locals and tourists enjoy the atmosphere.

Just 1.5 km from the apartment is the Silesia City Center shopping mall, and 2.5 km away lies the Silesian Park. This park is a venue for many cultural events, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. It features a modern planetarium where visitors can explore the mysteries of the universe. The iconic Silesian Stadium is also located within the park and hosts major sports events and concerts. The park offers numerous recreational facilities including running and cycling paths, tennis courts, and open green areas for various activities. Additionally, the park has a zoo where visitors can learn more about diverse animal species. Central Executive Suite features a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
