200 feet of frontage on Mitchell Lake. Lovely one bedroom plus pull out comfy couch. Also one bedroom with double bed in boathouse loft. Loft has a wonderful deck overlooking Michell Lake. Screen porch offers protection from elements and insects. This renovated original cottage has access to the Trent Severn Waterway.

EXTRAORDINARY VIEWS AND SUNSETS FREE OF CHARGE

Northeast exposure for striking evening sunsets.

Close proximity to all the Kawartha Lakes have to offer.

Gas station and small variety store within walking distance.

Dock is a honey hole for fishing and Michel Lake is one of the best Muskie lakes in the Kawarthas

Great Stay
We had a great time. Enjoyed that it was very pet and toddler friendly & safe. The outdoor porch space was key for all weather conditions. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Clean, quiet, and cute!
Very nice little place. Neighbors are close but there were very good treeline in between. Cottage was very modern and clean inside. Only downfall the lake was a little too weedy for my liking for swimming but a big floaty did the trick. Loved our stay, had such a fabulous time!
