This rustic 3 bedroom cabin is situated on the beautiful Gull river off Shadow Lake. It has its own fire-pit, BBQ and outdoor dining area. The sandy beach, children's playground and volley court are shared among the guests at the resort.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.

The space
Our resort has been entertaining guest for many years. It is now under new management with some changes in the look of the cabins and the services offered to meet the needs of our guests.

There are 10 cabins within the resort with three acre lot of grass and mature trees. We have 250 feet of safe, privare sandy beach front across the road from the resort, suitable for all ages.

Guest access
Guest will have access to shared services as follows:
- Beach: sandy bottom, shallow, great for children and adults
- Dock: to boat your boat and for great fishing
- Children's play area
- Volleyball court
- Kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats

Other things to note
Summer seasonal activities (dock, kayak, canoe etc) : The dock is generally ready for the May 24 long weekend. Kayak, canoe and paddle boats are available from May to October.

There is a fire ban in the Kawartha region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.

No loud music permitted as it can cause disturbances to the the guest in the resort.
