The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom was filthy. Black mold stains along the caulking in the tub. The floor was dirty like not vacuuming behind the door. The room was OK, but carpet instead of linoleum wood have been nicer. I would have expected better from Quality Inn

The were undergoing flood recovery so the pool wasnt open, which is understandable But the free breakfast in the morning was pitiful. One small table of food, no selection at all.

Weekend getaway

Nice room, very clean, friendly desk clerk. Did not utilize the breakfast area, seemed very crowded and doorway is too small. Only complaint was the mattress, not up to par at other quality inns I have stayed at.

Late stop

Stopped overnight mid trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ordinary but coffee was about all I wanted anyway. Would stay again.

BEWARE!!! Poor customer service with an I don't care attitude. Don't stay here! BEWARE!!

When I saw one online review for this hotel before my stay but I thought that it might have been a one time occurrance. But I was totally suprised...everything described in the online reviews were true and then some (I found several other reviews after my stay). Don't ever stay here unless you are prepared to endure a horrible stay. I had to stay 4 nights for which Krista quoted one room rate at the beginning of my stay and then two hours after I checked out of the hotel she called to say that I lied to her and the rate charged to my credit card would be double the original quoted rate. Krista was totally unreasonable, rude and shouting over the phone that I lied to her. Krista was totally unprofessional in attitude and speech towards me. She would not consider any other explaination, including perhaps one of her staff or herself made a mistake. I don't lie and resent being called a lied. I asked for a business or corporate rate for my stay. It is totally uncomprehensivable how badly I was treated. I will staying in Kearney for the next month on business but will NEVER again stay at this location. I spoke with the hotel owner's representative (someone other than Krista) who indicated that nothing would be done regarding this situation or the abusive treatment that I was subjected to by Krista. It's interesting that this hotel's web site indicates that they want business travelers to stay with them yet they treat a full time business traveler in such a manner to drive away business. I can only say to any other traveler who may consider staying at this hotel......BEWARE!!!! Poor customer service, poor customer service with an I don't care attitude pervasive throughout all employees. Too bad there is no way to give a negative star rating. BEWARE!!!!! One final note, it is interesting that one is not able to leave a review of this hotel on their hotel website.... on purpose???

Will not stay here again.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Poor breakfast
This motel has really gone downhill. Very poorly kept, trash in the room, hardly anything edible in the breakfast. Waffle iron would not work properly. This is the last time we will stay here after 6 years of counting on this motel to be a regular stop on the trip from CO to IA.
