The staff were extremely helpful and did all they could to be accommodating, however despite their efforts it didn’t make up for the disappointment in the accommodation.
The Villas look great, particularly in pictures, however once there they don’t live up to the value expectations for the price of the villa.
With the remote location, one would of expected to have a much better stocked kitchenette... but was even missing some essentials for anyone who would like to cook even the most basic of meals (cutting board, potatoe pealer, decent size frying pan,etc.).
I thought the mosquito netting was only a design element, but there were many insects, mosquitos were the least of the worry. This may have been related to the recent rainy weather... the staff did come clean the Villa repeatedly based on this, but still was’t a very luxury experience.
The place is looks fantastic, but isn’t well designed. The sinks and showers don’t drain properly, making them hard to be clean. It has been built quite cheaply... and was starting to show wear and tear.
Unfortunately, I would be unable to recommend staying at this location, unless you are someone looking for something one step up from camping.
