Very pleased
Unit was bright, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Indoor parkade was fantastic and a large pickup truck was still able to park without difficulty. Location was great for our needs and the 2nd floor patio and BBQ was fantastic we made repeated use of. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

It was inconvenient to get the keys for this property, having to meet someone within a time frame when travelling instead of a lock box and being charged if you’re outside of a set time wasn’t ideal. And the person who was picking up the keys was late at the set checkout time. A hotel would have been more convenient

Good base to explore Kelowna
Overall was great - good location, not far from downtown. I would rate 5 stars if it had a queen sized bed and the property manager was more responsive. Condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed with up to date furniture. A little strange that there is no oven (just microwave and stovetop). The gas BBQ was conveniently located just across the hall (note that it is a shared BBQ with all the condo owners but never had an issue that it was busy). There is definitely room for a queen sized bed in the main bedroom but it only has a double! Also the pictures are deceiving re visitor parking - it looks like there is a huge visitor lot - not true, there are only 2 spots out front. The biggest hassle was communication from the property managers (hard to get a hold of and to know who to contact for what, slow response time, not well organized). I got the feeling that they were learning on the job!
