Confusing
1. Check in: No reception desk. Just don’t know how to check in. Our contact hose was not there but luckily there was another staff whose customer were late then he served us to check in. His services was very good and in details. After checked in I still go emails asking me when to arrive. 2: One room beddings were not ready that we had to put it in washer to clean it ourselves. But the washer was stuffed with lots towels! 2: One of the room door actually unlockable because the lock plate is not aligned. 3. Enough kitchen culinary but the conditions are really bad, It’s clean but in bad shape. All knives are so dull that it can’t cut. 4: The bbq stove was clean but the heat is really uneven. Only the inner part of the grill were usable. The outer part seems no fire, The front part of the burner sucked.

Family friendly getaway
We rented this property for 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) to stay for 5 nights. We love the resort! Property was great for all 8 of us. We all fit very comfortably. Bunk bed in kids room was VERY squeaky. To the point we couldn’t even put more than 1 kid on it otherwise it woke everyone up. Instead, 2 kids slept on the pull out sofa couch and another was on the mattress that pulled out under the bunk bed. Could have been cleaner (floors in bedrooms, master toilet was quite gross and didn’t look like it had been scrubbed in some time). Otherwise great property!

Great Location. Nice Property and good Host.
Property is pretty much exactly as shown in listing. Overall it is comfy, clean and is in a fantastic location. Check in manager was great and Brett was also very good and quick to respond to any/all questions.

Furnishing basic- bachelor level. Lots of dust bunnies, not great for those with allergies. We came with two cars but only one parking spot. Not enough seating. Bathroom no towel hook in one of them. Bsr seats needed cleaning. Beds were good. Could use more decore. Dinnerware cookware adequate. Pool was good. Just off the street, do a bit noisy with motorcycles at times. Overall, a pleasant stay. Great area, nice beaches, good location. Adequate accommodation and amenities. Could use a bit of attention to detail.

Summer visit
We’ve stayed at playa multiple times over the past five years. While the location is great and that is typically why we’ve stayed here this condo was definitely the least kept up and very dirty. Door knob to the one bathroom kept falling off, floors and walls were so bad.

Great views!
This was a very nice place to stay with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Great windows and balcony with nice views plus a BBQ. Underground parking was handy as well. We had a great stay!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this condo as it had all the ammenities and in a great location. Underground parking, bike storage, pool access with Covid precautions, and accommodation was exactly what we're looking for. BBQ probably needs replacement with cracked grates and didn't have a proper brush to clean with (easily fixed with a ball of tinfoil!) and the unit itself was spacious.
