Perfect cheerful & bright vacation home for families with kids or friends looking for a relaxing place close to a winery, orchard, restaurant and playground with a water park!

The Space:
Beautiful, spacious and lake view, this stunning walkout rancher located in desirable Kettle valley! Main floor features ceramic tiles throughout the welcoming foyer. An open concept floor plan with high ceiling, magnificent living and dining area. Hardwood floor throughout main floor including stairs, a chef inspired kitchen features a combination of gorgeous designed cabinets, SS appliances, a large granite island, and stunning fireplace with featured wall...the list is endless! Two spacious bedrooms at the main floor with two full baths.
All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are provided. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us. We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our unit and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax, and enjoy. We look forward to hosting you! No PARTIES!!! All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
No SMOKING !!! No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property.
No DRUGS !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.

• One set of towels for each guest;

The property was nice but wasn’t very clean, the fridge smelt so bad that it was unusable. The curtain rods in the living and dinning room were falling out of the wall and we were scared to use them as they looked as if they could fall. The tub in the bathroom needed to be cleaned before it was used and urine was all down the outside of the toilet. Glasses in the kitchen had lipstick on them so it was clear they had t been washed. The worst parts about this stay is that there was a loud beeping coming from the garage that wasn’t accessible, it was right beside the bedroom for so you could hear it all night. The absolute worst part was we couldn’t get ahold of the host and Expedia wasn’t able to contact them either. We stayed four days and weren’t able to contact the host during the whole stay.
