Unsafe, Misleading, and Indifferent Management

We booked this property expecting the condition advertised online, but it was severely neglected, dirty, and unsafe.
Most concerning was the safety risk in the second building where the apartments are located: a storage box with a glass lid was left right in the entrance, and my son caught himself on it. Inside our apartment, we found multiple issues, including a loose bathroom basin, broken shower handle, broken table, poorly fitted toilet seat, difficult balcony doors, worn furniture, and outdated kitchenware.
The exterior grounds were equally unkept, featuring an overgrown garden, dirty pool cushions, and a large number of stray cats roaming the pool area.
What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that there were loads of workers and management staff around the hotel, yet nobody seemed to care or make any effort to maintain the property or address these clear hazards.
Although the front-desk staff were polite, the overall condition is something on-site staff cannot fix during a stay. Due to the severe misrepresentation and safety risks, we had to contact customer support for relocation and compensation. I strongly advise families to look elsewhere.
