Wooden semi-detached apartment, built in 1989. Living room with sofa bed, kitchen, 2 beds in bedroom, sauna, washroom/WC, open porch and storeroom.
Sauna on the beach, wood-burning sauna stove with tank for heating water, small dressing room. Water to the sauna comes from the river by carrying (distance 10 m), no electricity in the sauna. There is also a campfire site on the beach. Sauna and campfire site are shared with two apartments.
Itäkoski 1 is an apartment in a calm countryside. A few houses and farms as neighbors. Taivalkoski power plant 500 m. Distance to the road Kemijoki’ Itäpuolentie is 80 m, so traffic noise can be heard.
A large, flat and grassed yard that extends to the beach.
