We did not get to stay. Due to misinformation. When i called prior to booking i asked about a deposit and she said it depends on how you pay. I said with a card she said 50 dollars will be held until we check out but when we got there to check in we were told it's a 250 dollar CAS

Room was clean and neat. There was not any information in the room about how to obtain kitchen utensils. The bed was not as firm as I would desire. This is an older hotel so there is a lingering cigarette smoke smell in the hallways and in the room. When the heater was turned on it smelled like someone or something had urinated in the register.

When I checked in the lady at the desk didn’t even tell me where to go, what time breakfast was, or anything. I had to just figure it out and figure out there was no elevator. Also, the room isn’t the cleanest. Very dusty and the toilet was dirty

This is the third time we have stayed at this location. The staff is always friendly, the amenities are great, and the stay is always smooth for us. This time was especially great because the staff was so accommodating.

Room was very clean & nest! Facility is older, but well maintained (internally). The landscaping is managed by the "when it dies, we'll cut it off" process. Staffing is quite competent & pleasant. Will probably utilize this facility in the future. PS breakfast is typical "hotel", but maintained well during service hours. It works just fine for us on an occasional basis. This place is about 50-60% of the "prestige" hotels, and delivers 90+% of what the exp- ensive brands deliver...a GOOD value.
