Lovely new apartment

We stayed over Christmas and our hostess had a Christmas tree and other decorations which was very kind since we were far from home. She also suggested restaurants for our Christmas dinner and made the reservation for us. After our experience with her our expectations for our next hosts are really high! The kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed the underground parking space on the rainy days. It would be great in warm weather as it has a patio to sit on. We would gladly stay here again

Europapark and Colmar

The apartment is situated in an absolutely quiet neighbourhood consisting of several brand new houses surrounding a small lake. Great location for those who want to visit Europapark (less than 10 minutes drive) or picturesque french city of Colmar (within an hour). Furnishings is modern and include everything one may need during vacation. There are several well stocked supermarkets nearby open daily till 9 PM (except for Sundays).

Perfect for a visit to EuropaPark

We wanted to find a place to stay in order to visit EuropaPark and Rulantica. We found the perfect one. The location was great, the apartment was really practical, clean, bright, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The hostess is really nice and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wohnung ist sehr gut, aber leider bei uns keine 5 Sterne

Nicht so gut: - Fenster nicht geputzt - Spinnenweben in Lampen - Haare im Ablauf der Dusche - Geschirr noch in der Spülmaschine - Alte Lebensmittel in der Küche (vermutlich von vorherigen Mietern) - Uninspirierter "Informationskorb" mit veralteten Broschüren. Das WLAN-Passwort stand auf einem Zettel, wo schon ein Stück rausgeschnitten wurde. - Wandbilder auf dem Boden, die wohl noch angebracht werden sollten. - In Schränken waren immer wieder Produktverpackungen zu finden. Die wären im Keller besser aufgehoben. - In einem der Schlafzimmer kein Schrank. - Kein "Willkommen in unserer Wohnung"-Gefühl. Da fehlt für uns ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail. Diese Probleme lassen sich aber alle schnell beheben. Die Wohnung selbst gefällt mir sehr gut. Für den aktuellen Stand ist die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht zu hochpreisig. Das hat uns gefallen: - einfacher Check-In/Check-Out - Hell - Schöne Küche - Betten - Tiefgarage - Trotz Bahnschienen in der Nähe nichts zu hören. - Fußläufig gut zu erreichende Innenstadt/Bäckerei

Sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, auch mit Familie. Sehr gut und neuwertig eingerichtet. Einen kleinen Punkt Abzug, da an manchen Küchenutensilien noch Reste des Vorgängers klebten. Ansonsten aber sehr sauber!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Wir haben uns in der schönen Fewo sehr wohlgefühlt. Uns kam auch das schöne Wetter zu Gute, so dass wir auch den Aussenbereich nutzen konnten. Die Lage mit einem See an dem sich die einzelnen Mehrfamilienhäuser gruppieren ist sehr schön. Mit dem Auto ist man auch sehr schnell im Kaiserstuhl, Freiburg, Schwarzwald, Vogesen, ... Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt. Es gab im Vorfeld eine Menge an Tipps und auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Fewo ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Gefallen haben uns auch die schönen Schwarzwaldbilder von Sebastian Wehrle an den Wänden. Es war rundum ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, ideal für Ausflüge zum Kaiserstuhl,nach Freiburg oder in den Schwarzwald

Wir haben die Woche in Kenzingen in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Kenzingen ist eine schöne, interessante Kleinstadt, die malerische Altstadt ist von der FeWo aus fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Ausflüge zum Kaiserstuhl, dort haben wir die seltenen Bienenfresser beobachtet und nach Freiburg sind es mit der Bahn auch nur 20 Minuten. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei unseren freundlichen Gastgeberinnen Maria und Alicia bedanken, sie haben wirklich alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so schön und angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Super Wohnung!!

Da wir von morgens bis abends unterwegs waren, hat sich die Ferienwohnung fast gar nicht gelohnt, zumindest für uns. Aber durch die tolle Lage war die A5 schnell zu erreichen, trotzdem total ruhig.

TOP Unterkunft

Saubere Unterkunft, gute Lage, ruhiges Umfeld, nette Nachbarn und optimaler Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Besten Dank! Alles ist fußläufig bzw. mit dem Auto bequem erreichbar. Beschreibung und Informationen stimmen mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Wir würden sofort noch einmal diese Wohnung buchen, vielleicht sogar noch dieses Jahr.
