Gourmet kitchen includes a beverage fridge, coffee nook and 5 burner gas stove. The amazing outdoor space has a screened in porch and an unscreened deck with Trager smoker grill. Home office allows you to comfortably work remotely with 1gig WiFi speeds. Located minutes from wineries, historic locations, downtown Charlottesville and more! Come eat, drink, horseback ride or float down the river.
NOTE: This is our family home that we rent in the summer months only while traveling. We do not remove our personal belonging or pictures. We do empty the closets and bathrooms to be free for your use. The country club is for residents only, but you can use Keswick Hall located 4 minutes down the road. The home is furnished as pictured.
