"The Cannery House" was built and designed around repurposed beams from a historic cannery here in Ketchikan. 10 foot tin and wood ceilings on the main floor offer an historical type of elegance that you're sure to find perfectly relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, fishing or hunting. A great place to sit around the fire pit or fireplace with your favorite beverage and make some great memories with your friends and family.

This home is the perfect place! It’s a new home and the level of cleanliness is the best I’ve ever seen-Rick is the nicest guy who was perfect with keeping in touch with us and responding to our questions-such a great home and so many highlights I don’t know where to start-peaceful and not too far from town-wonderful beds so comfy and a kitchen that has everything you need-beautiful wood beams and the home is decorated so cute-from the moment you walk in you feel at home and ready to enjoy Alaska! This is our first time here and we enjoyed it so much-also you are just up the road from a cool black bear observatory where you can see the bears in there natural area by a stream with bald eagles too….thank you so much Rick we more than highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to come back again!

Incredible! We LOVE this property!
We have stayed in many many rental properties and this is for sure our favorite! Beautiful, clean, all the amenities- it was delightful and so well decorated and welcoming. The owners were lovely hosts and communicated very well. Ii even broke a glass on accident and they were very kind about it. This property is private and surrounded by beautiful trees- we cannot wait to come back! Thanks for such a wonderful vacation!

We found this amazing property and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect. Just as pictured. The natural beauty around this area is spectacular. Close to downtown Ketchikan and literally water views just a few steps from the home. Had deer come through the yard! Rick and Louise were great hosts along with their sweet dog Bodee. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was superb - very new and immaculate. The house is very well equipped with anything extra you may need - close to town additionally you can sit out back around the fire out back and bbq on tbe grill or cook your crab we loved the house, and its location we would not heitate to stay here again!!! 10 stars
