Absolutely massive unique house: with potential to sleep a group of workmen and managers. Sleeps 11 but has the potential to sleep many more in the future.
We also offer discounts on any long term booking for corporate or workmen, so please send us an enquiry and we can advise further.

7 separate bedrooms, 1 bed in the lounge, 2 ensuite (effectively private suites, 1 with a dressing room, 1 with an kitchenette and own lounge. Ideal for a manager or two. Parking, large garden private, garage. Separate and private entrances. Huge kitchen, huge lounge, ironing room.

Please check your happy with the property within an hour of entry. If your not, for some reason please let us know right away so we can take corrective action.

House rules:
Quiet between 10pm – 7am
Guest booking must be over 25 years of age or guarantor in place or a corporate client.
The number of guests using the property must be consistent with the number of guests booked.
Family parties and get togethers are ok. No friend based parties unless approved by host.
All payments finalised before first day of stay.
Check you are happy the property is safe for your purpose and supervise all children or vulnerable adults
If you are a single sex group you must consult with the host first.
If the property has been discounted, this is purely as a gesture of goodwill. Any behaviour deemed to be rude, disrespectful or abusive to the host, the housekeeper’s, workmen or the neighbour’s the discount will not apply and you will be liable for the full price.
Pets are welcome we charge an additional £50 per dog
Pragmatic note: This house is a home, not a commercial hotel and it isn’t perfect.
The good news is we’re not expecting a perfect house back. Having said that please look after as best you can.
To manage expectations there will/may be odd personal items left, maybe leftover things like condiments (left for your convenient) etc etc.
Life, kids, people, pets etc create wear and tear will leave clues of their enjoyment in the house despite our best endeavours to the contrary.
We accept this as Airbnb life and you should too.
If this isn’t for you, that’s fine maybe a hotel is a better option. However, my expectation would you cancel before you stay. 😉
