Tina was very flexible and provided everything that was needed. This is the perfect place for a unique stay in Key West. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We slept in our car on the dock. Boat was dirty, hair and bugs visible. One of us has allergy to scents and had a severe reaction to the scented difusers used to cover up other odors. Bilge pump runs constantly which suggests that this boat takes on water constantly as well. Host was non responsive initially and has offered no resolution.

Host’s communication needs to improve! When we checked in, beddings didnt look fresh, so I asked: Me: sent pic & asked “this is how bed? Sheets washed/clean? Her reply: If we are going to have these kinds of problems because how I choose to make my bed then your more than welcome to try a room at the hotel ( copied & pasted from her text)
