The property does NOT have a hot tub! Travelocity and/or the property are false advertising it having a property. I specifically searched properties with a hot tub to enjoy after a day snorkeling, etc….. their sister property has a hot you can go to and use, but this hotel/property does not have one. Hotel otherwise is fine.

The room was beautiful and clean as were the resort grounds. The staff were incredibly friendly. The door lock was broken so the chain had to be used. There were lots of games outdoors for when we wanted an evening in. The restaurant was decent, but for the price we expected more than w choices on the included menu.

The resort was beautiful and had many options for entertainment and dining. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The free shuttle to/from Duval Street area was a nice perk - however it stunk that we had to pay $15/day just to park our car at the resort during our stay on top of the daily $50 resort fee. Overall though, I would recommend.

We loved it here! The property was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities- pools, outdoor seating areas, outdoor games, shuttle to Duval Street. Both restaurants/bars had great service and delicious food. We will definitely go back to this resort!

Very cute, clean and newly painted room. Lots of kids games to play in the back. When you add up all the extra fees, resort, parking, etc., it’s over priced. Most of the staff was nice. But one guy acted like he should be waited on. He insisted on playing the music in the lobby very loudly at night. There was some type of loud construction/repairs going on near my room which was disconcerting.
