IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:



Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.



Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted for guest bookings less than 30 days per the HOA. For guest bookings 30 days or more, up to one dog 25 LBS or less will be considered with a $10/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit "household pet" information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a smoke-free environment.



Military Discount: A 10% discount is offered to active duty, retired, or reserve armed forces personnel with a valid military ID.



Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.



Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.



Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

A much needed relaxation=Success!!

This property was exactly what we needed! Beautiful, bright with everything that you'd could ask for. It was close to everything! We rented a jeep, but only need a golf cart and/or the bikes. The two at the house were great! My boys loved venturing out solo checking out the keys! 2 more would've been perfect then they never would've gotten away from this pesky Mama! The owners are fabulous! I had an issue with my keycode getting in upon arrival and they reached out ASAP to get us in. We had driven in from Miami after a flight from VA and we were so tired. It was taken care of right away! I would definitely recommend and would LOVE TO RETURN as soon as possible. I think tears were shed because we had to leave. My only glitch was the master bed. My husband has back issues from the military and it was like the bed was missing slats. Like a hole in the middle. We both sunk in during the night. I hate to even mention it because everything else was fabulous. Ps, when checkout is at 10am, they mean it. The girls came right on in at 9:30!lol They left when they saw we were still there.

Excellent location to the action in Key West, plus a reasonable walk to KW beaches, etc. The condo has all the trappings to make it a great home-away-from-home. A modern and very clean facility.
