Coral Palm is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story townhome located in the private gated community of Coral Hammock on Stock Island. The property is less than 5 miles from downtown Key West allowing you to live in a quiet tropical paradise while still being close to all that Key West has to offer.

Entering the property you will feel immediately at home. The first floor has an elegant living space with a dining table for six and a vibrant living room. The french doors open up to the private porch overlooking the palms with an additional outdoor dining space. There is a guest bedroom off of the main living area with two twin beds and a full bathroom just down the hall. The full kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and everything you will need for your gourmet meals.

Both bedrooms on the second floor have a king bed with an en suite full bathroom. The french doors in the master bedroom open to a spacious balcony overlooking the property. The washer and dryer set in the upstairs hall also add to the convenience of the home.

Coral Palm is conveniently located just down the street from Hurricane Hole Restaurant and Marina where you can explore kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing excursions. Walk to some of Key West's best restaurants including Roostica, Hog Fish Bar and Grill, Chico’s Cantina, El Siboney, Croissant De France Bakery, and The Dolphin Deli.

Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. It embodies a clash of the past and the present, and every building (including this rental) in Key West reflects this eclectic ambiance!

- Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.
- Please note that if requested, the two twin beds can be converted into one king bed with bedding for a fee of $75. Please ensure you make this request at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note that max occupancy includes infants.
- Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry.

Pets:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- We LOVE pets, however- Certain breeds typically have to have an additional owner or HOA approval. If your pet falls under any typical breed restrictions (breed, size, weight) please let us know so that we can confirm!

Parking Details:
Off-street parking is available.
Boats, Jet Skis, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreating vehicles, mobile homes, and commercial vehicles are not
allowed to park on the association property (except for deliveries).

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We had a great stay with six friends! The location was very convenient, and the host was responsive—when the house felt warm at first, we were allowed to lower the temperature, which helped cool things down, especially upstairs.The living area could use more or cozier seating for a group this size, and it would be helpful to have a laminated copy of both the house rules and checkout instructions available inside the home. We were asked to start a load of laundry, but there was little to no detergent provided, so we had to borrow some.We were told we had designated parking, but one night all nearby spots were taken, and we had to park farther away and walk in the dark. Clearly marked or numbered spaces would help prevent that.Overall, a good stay with just a few small suggestions to improve the experience!

Very nice home

We stayed here to explore Key West. Property is very nice. The town home was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Very nice decks to sit and relax on after exploring all day. Well stocked with towels. There were only 2 things we didn't care for. (1)They had a rule to not lower the thermostat below 72. We followed the rule, but were uncomfortable sleeping as we keep our home cooler while sleeping. (2) The chairs around the pool needed power washing. They had mold on them. Outside of those 2 items, it was very nice. There is a great bakery across the street that we went to every morning for huge pastries and great coffee. Loved that place! Location getting onto Key West was convenient. We recommend using a ride share service to Key West. Cheaper and easier than finding and paying for parking.

Quiet Townhouse just minutes to Key West

Very comfortable beds & pillows!!!! Just minutes away from Key West - Duval St, Lighthouse, Southernmost Buoy, Zero Mile Marker, Restaurants, & Shopping. Very quiet gated community/neighborhood. Felt very safe walking dog @ all hours of the night/am (10 pm - 5 am) Definitely a great place to stay. Pool was in backyard area
just a couple of steps away! Enjoyed our stay & visit in this area.

Family vacation

Property was very nice and clean in a gated community. After we arrived we went to fix supper and discovered the oven was NOT working. With it being around the holidays they were not able to get a repairman to get it fixed until after our stay. I would have appreciated some type of little refund as the reason we like VRBO’s is so we can eat one meal a day a home and not have to eat out all the time. 7 people eating out all the time gets expensive in a hurry. And we had already grabbed a few groceries to do that before we found out the oven was broken. So that food was wasted as we couldn’t cook it. Other than the oven issue it was a very nice property. Very nice pool just a few steps out the back door.

Very nice & clean but 2nd level stayed warm. Need more comfy chairs in living room.

The place was very nice and very clean. The pool was perfect. However the upstairs stays warmer since there is not a separate ac unit for it. The downstairs would be very cold trying to get upstairs cool. Also, there should be more comfortable in the living room. There was one comfortable chair and couch. The other 2 chairs were hard and no cushions. But we made due with what we had and had a great time!

Great place!

The property was lovely! Our townhouse was very quiet and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool and were pleasantly surprised to find some very good food within walking distance.

Lovely Condo on Stock Island

This house is within gated community, which offers a nice pool and beautiful landscaping. House was well stocked and nicely decorated. Only drawback is third bedroom on the first floor. I had stayed in two bedroom condo in same development, and expected the bedrooms to have equal space and amenities. Was disappointed that third bedroom was very small. Bathroom was not private but open to the hallway. This made share between 3 couples inequitable, since bedrooms on second floor were spacious with private baths. Third bedroom did not offer dresser or decent bedside table/lighting. If bedroom was designated for small children for sleeping, would have been adequate. . Otherwise unit was very nice. Porch was well equipped with grill and nice table and chairs for outdoor dining.
