A place close to everything. Staff were very friendly and the grounds were kept nice. Overall a relaxing and laid back place. Complimentary breakfast every morning was good, serving fresh fruit, waffles, bagels, danish, yogurt, coffee, juice and hot tea. Pool area was great for relaxing. Would stay again.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellant. The grounds are beautiful, as is the location. Improvements: Our room was very rundown! Mold/mildew in several places. Towels were very thin and need to be replaced. Bring your own bar soap and shampoo!!!

The rooms and landscaping is lovely and clean. The A/c units need updating as they can be noisy on high. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Breakfasts are a great start to your day. I just couldn’t give 5 stars with the noise from the A/C units.

The room was adorable with wooden floors and vaulted ceilings. We had a canceled flight and arrived exhausted and frustrated but then received a tour, complementary adult beverage, dinner recommendations, etc. Breakfast was lovely and delicious! They ladies there showed us where to find all the “fixins” and variety of choices. The grounds were beautiful! I’m now glad our flight was canceled. Loved it!

My wife and I had a great time at the Duval House. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great. It was nice to step out from the walkway out on to Duval Street. We will definitely stay there again.
