Condo was very clean. One issue was the washer & dryer was extremely noisy. Couldn’t use at night because of noise. The condo also needs more washcloths. There was plenty of towels but needed more washcloths. Other than that it was a great stay.

Pool area and commons area were nice and very well maintained.Condo was clean but could use a refresh. Never seen a sunken master bath like this. Needs a makeover.Would stay again.

Great base of operations

We came down to Key West to visit family and needed extra accommodations. The condo was great for four adults (two couples), providing all the conveniences and amenities you would want - wifi, AC, comfortable seating areas, big refrigerator, nice coffee maker, etc. It was particularly nice to be able to do laundry in the unit and go home with clean clothes. We did not spend much time on the grounds, but they are very nice with lots of greenery, a pool that looks out at the sea and a private beach. It was also nice to have a parking spot in the gated garage - which made it much more comfortable to get into compared to be parked out in the sun. We would definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

Great location and stay

Perfect location. Out of the crowds but close enough to easily get to everything. Had a problem with keycode not working when we got there. A quick call to the number in the email, and we were in the unit within 10 mins. The whole place is set up like a mini resort and everything was in great shape. Family had a great time.

My sister and I came back to Key West, since we enjoyed our last trip 5 years ago. This place was perfect for us. Beautiful grounds, lovely views, super easy access. The rental was super clean, with great amenities. We would live to come back!

In master bath -While counter/vanity was updated to ask someone to take two steps down into a stained huge tub is asking a lot. No shower curtain, faucet and shower head old and rusted. Other bath needs updating too. Kitchen was great except no hand towels. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in.

Great Condo, Great Community, Great Location

Stayed with our daughter and son-in-law for 5 nights. The unit looks better than the pictures in the listing. Kitchen is well-appointed, and both bedrooms have king beds. Both bedrooms and the living area are attached to the balcony and overlook the lush courtyard. Unit gets morning sun. The courtyard, pool, and hot-tub are beautiful with the pool and hot tub having great ocean views. The property actually has a small beach area, so it is possible to get the beach experience without walking 5 minutes to Smathers Beach. The residents and other visitors were all friendly. The unit and facility were very quiet at night. Great walks in both directions either towards Higgs Beach (west) or Smathers Beach (east). There are a number of restaurants and a small grocery store a short walking distance, and endless choices within 5-10 minutes in either direction. Parking near Duvall Street is about 5 minutes away. Smathers Beach has lots of watersports activities. Finally, Julia the property manager was great at quickly responding to questions.

Condo and complex was very nice. Amazing view from pool - right on the ocean! Kitchen was a little sparse with dishes, bowls, etc. location within walking distance of everything if it wasn’t 100 degrees and humid the entire week!

Wonderful Experience

On our first trip to Key West, this property provided a spacious, clean and great locality for us. We were within a short car or bike ride to all of our "to-do's" on our list. When we were not taking in the sights, we enjoyed the pool and beach area. Next trip back, I will definitely inquire about this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Easy check in and departure. Unit was as described in description. Unit is a bit dated and there was no hot water in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was strong. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and the price was more than reasonable for key west. Would stay here again for the price but don’t expect luxury.

This property is very close to the airport so that is convenient. Not a lot of places to eat nearby.

My overall rating is a 3 out of 5. The property was absolutely spotless in every room. It was a little dated and the furniture is very uncomfortable. The bedroom that is not master, has a king bed (two twins) they are so worn out and horribly broken down, you feel like you are going to roll out of bed. The pool was great and the building was very secure. Good communication with the property manager.
