This is truly an amazing place to stay. Everything was so clean and just being right there at the ski lift was the best part. The hot tub was more like a warm bath but it still hit the spot after a long day skiing. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay.
Nice accommodations. The ski in ski out was ok since skiing out requires some walking up hill a bit . I only made one attempt to contact the host but there was never a response. Well equipped kitchen and we were very comfortable
HIS IS NOT A TRUE SKI IN SKI OUT PROPERTY.We booked this place because it was advertised as a premium, true ski in ski out unit, but it is not.The building is four stories, ski access is only from the second floor, and even then you must walk a long distance uphill in the snow before you can ski. The resort area with restaurants and rentals is almost a mile away and not walkable, there is no walking path and you must drive, which defeats the whole purpose of staying here. You also have to drive to a separate office to pick up the keys, which is not clearly disclosed.During our stay, several basic things did not work. The washer did not work at all, the dryer stopped mid cycle, and the shower drain had issues. We notified management immediately. They responded but did not fix anything. They said they depended on a contractor and repairs would take days, so nothing was resolved during our stay. Then the building lost running water for a full day. During repairs, the floor filled with a strong sewer or rotten egg smell that made the apartment impossible to stay in that day.On top of all that, the unit is worn and not what you expect for the price. The carpet is old, the wood trim is damaged and looks worn, and overall it does not feel like a premium stay at all.
