Guests enter Marsh Vista by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front door of the home. You'll enter the front door to find the Great Room tucked behind an open staircase to the second floor. You'll also find the home's kitchen, dining room, den, guest bedroom (with two twin beds) & bathroom located on the first floor. The master suite, the guest bedroom suite and laundry room are located on the second floor with an open landing and walkway connecting these rooms. There is a back porch with gas BBQ grill located off of the kitchen and a covered porch with rocking chairs located off of the great room. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate and you may park 2 cars in the garage.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Awesome views as the housr is directly on the marsh. Large 2 story great room is all windows. Mostly shaded 15 minute walk to the beach. Right down the street from a trail that leads to an observation tower. Excellent communication from host with easy check in and check out.

Fabulous house and time in Kiawah!

The home was exactly as listed and more! Ample space for 8 guests and the den was super comfortable for 2 guests on the pull out. So much space to lounge and chat. Views of the marsh were gorgeous!! Would recommend to anyone.

West Beach perfect location!

Wonderful Birthday Experience!

Every year my two best friends and I choose a place to celebrate my birthday. This year Kiawah was the location and Marsh Vista was the place. By far, this was the most beautiful location we have ever stayed. The home was absolutely stunning and the views breathtaking. We will definitely return in the future.

Tranquil beauty on Kiawah Island

My family has been coming to Kiawah for years, but this was our first visit to Marsh Vista. It is a spacious and comfortable home with beautiful views of the marsh. It is conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the bike trails, beach, and many favorite Kiawah spots. Sitting on the back deck at sunset listening to the peaceful sounds of the marsh was so relaxing. We would definitely return!

We love Kiawah!!

Kiawah and Seabrook Island are our happy place. We have gone many times. The house was beautiful. The kitchen is better stocked than my kitchen at home. It truly has everything. The beds were very comfortable. The only disappointments were that we could not see the sunset sitting on the balcony unless we leaned over and turned to the left. Also, it would be nice to have more than 1 bath towel per person. Other than that it was truly perfect.

The home is beautiful - we choose it for the marsh view/big windows and would stay again because of how open, comfortable, and well-equipped the home is. Great location on the island. Communication with the property manager was fantastic - everything we needed to know was proactively shared with us.
