We had a luxury room but a few of the fitaments were broken and the heating was turned off as there was no thermostat like other rooms. The room was was nicely presented and the bed was comfortable. The curtains were too long and when drawn blocked the heating, Breakfast was a disappointment as it was cold and the scrambled egg was awful - expected more from that standard of hotel to be much better
