Our newly built house (completed in 2021) was constructed entirely from wood sourced from our own forest. The first floor features a vacation rental with a living-dining room featuring a fireplace and two bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two vacation apartments, each with a sleeping loft. The entire building was constructed by local craftsmen. The wood, sourced from our own forestry operations, was sawed right on the property and stored to dry. The furniture was also crafted from our own wood by local carpenters, and the interior furnishings come from regional manufacturers. Our goal is to give tangible form to the concept of “sustainability.” In addition, the energy for heating and hot water is derived exclusively from solar power and wood.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. In the living room, guests have access to a rotating fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a counter. The sleeper sofa in the living area converts into a bed for two people. This vacation rental is located on the first floor and has its own large terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The ideal location for active travellers: Right outside the front door, you’ll find a variety of mountain hikes and walks amidst stunning natural scenery. On warm days, nearby lakes and outdoor swimming pools invite you to cool off and relax. In winter, you can reach several ski resorts in no time—perfect for skiers, snowboarders, and winter hikers. Thanks to its convenient location, charming towns such as Kufstein are also within easy reach and offer cultural highlights, shopping opportunities, and cozy cafés. This is the ideal blend of nature and urban charm.
