A Piece Of Paradise!



Unit 231 which is in the Plumeria building offers stunning ocean, island, sunset and mountain views from the living areas as well as the bedroom! You won't find ocean views from the bedroom in many Kihei properties. The unit is on the second floor and the closest one bedroom unit to the water. Wake up to the sounds of the birds and the view of the ocean (100 yards away).

This unit was remodeled in March of 2018.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans and small appliances that you will need to cook with. There are 5 gas barbeques located in the courtyard/common area adjacent the pool area. Enjoy a barbeque while watching the sunset! This is an extremely friendly complex.

Kauhale Makai ~ 'Village by the Sea' is located in the Quiet end of sunny North Kihei, a 20 minute drive from the airport and minutes to Maui's best beaches, restaurants, golf, shopping and other attractions.

Beautiful Condo in Kihei

Our experience at Sue’s condo was excellent! The check-in process was smooth, the condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the view was beautiful! Amazing getaway Condo in Maui

My wife and I had am amazing time and will definitely be back again to stay at Sue’s condo. We were very pleased with our stay here on Maui and Sue did an amazing job keeping us informed of things to do on the island and recommendations to eat and what beaches we should go to. Definitely a must stay! The unit has everything you need and it’s located right on the water. The sunrises and sunsets were perfect!

Nice Location for a Short Honeymoon

Very comfortable second floor location with an ocean view from the lanai. We stayed Friday through Wednesday and really enjoyed the easy "walk to the beach" access without having to cross any roads. It was quiet and we loved that it was just a few blocks north of the main part of Kihei and plenty of eating, shopping, and activities. Everything from church to Mama's Fishhouse to a Luau at the Marriott were easily accessible with a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I spent 8 nights in paradise for our 10th wedding anniversary. Sue's place is fabulous and I can't believe the price! We love to cook and were very happy to find a kitchen with everything necessary to cook all of our favorites. You can't beat the location and the ability to walk straight out to the beach anytime you want. We will definitely be back to Maui and we will definitely stay in Sue's property again.

This is a very clean and quiet condo. The location for us could not have been better. It's close to a very long and uncrowded beach. Restaurants and groceries are a short drive away.
