The Wailea Surf is an unbelievable 2 bedroom plus den / 2 full baths penthouse villa located in the prestigious Wailea Beach Villas. Second floor location with 2,000 interior square feet and 375 square foot covered lanai. Formal entry hall with artwork. Spacious living room with Tommy Bahama furniture. Dining room with table for six. Fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, and two Sub-Zero refrigerators. Incredibly spacious master suite with king bed and full bathroom with walk-in closet. Second bedroom suite with two twin beds (which can be combined to a single King bed upon request). Den also has a queen sofa bed. This luxurious unit sleeps up to 6 people.

The Wailea Beach Villas were designed as a world-class residential resort comprised of 98 luxury private residences set on 11 acres on the world famous Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Recently constructed in 2006, this gated vacation resort has 24 hour security personnel. The resort grounds are a virtual botanical garden with tropical plants, fragrant flowers, cascading waterfalls, and numerous ponds. There are two swimming pools one designated for adults and the other for families, two outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas, a poolside fitness center with locker rooms and showers. There is also a recreation room, business center, and conference room. Beach and pool attendants are available to set up chaise chairs and umbrellas. For added luxury, a personal private chef and in room massages are available. A grocery service is available to stock your refrigerator with your desired foods and drinks prior to your arrival.

Wailea Beach Villas is located within the Wailea Resort, which is well known among discerning travelers for its sunny climate, multiple ocean activities, and 5 famous soft sand beaches. The resort boasts 3 championship Golf Courses with driving range and a Tennis Center. Wailea and Makena Golf Courses offer players some of the most breathtaking golf of any tropical destination. Guests of the Wailea Beach Villas are welcome to shop and dine at the adjacent Grand Wailea, Four Seasons, Wailea Marriott, and Fairmont Kealani Resorts. Several of these hotel restaurants offer discounts to guests of Wailea Beach Villas. The adjacent Shops at Wailea, just steps away, are considered by many to be the most upscale shopping on the entire island of Maui. RESERVATION DETAILS:

To reserve the unit, we request a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental charges (minimum 2 nights charge) including Hawaii taxes. Entire balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30-60 days before check-in will receive 50% refund, and no refund under 30 days. Guest understands s/he is encouraged to obtain travel insurance to reimburse for any expenses due to unexpected changes in travel plans.

Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 11am

Daily rates do not include a 17.962% state of HI taxes and a $450 departure cleaning fee.

We want to keep our guests informed about a possible statewide tax update that may affect reservations starting January 1, 2026. A proposed change (Hawaii Senate Bill SB 1396) is currently under review. Governor Green has until July 9, 2025, to sign it into law. If the bill is signed, the tax rate will increase by 0.75% and the new rate will apply to all 2026 stays (no matter when they were booked). Please note: If you book a 2026 reservation before the new tax rate is reflected on the VRBO platform, we may need to collect the difference separately from you once the law takes effect. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any changes.
