Great location to all things in Wailea/Kihei. Easy walking distance to the Wailea beach path that connects you to beaches, resorts, shopping and dining. The unit was well stocked. They also provided several large beach towels and outdoor equipment to enjoy during our stay. Beware, security for no apparent reason other than his own closed the grills and nearest pool early without warning more than once and the weather was perfectly fine.

The place is perfectly situated in Wailea close to some wonderful beaches, very good access to multiple areas on the islands, and amazing food options. Wailea beach paths access is very easy so really nice to walk to coffee or dinner (and guarantee to see some turtles each day at night!). The place itself was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small kids (they shared the sofa couch) - sofa would not be comfortable for adults but kids didn’t complain at all. Kitchen is well equipped. A few items need to be updated in the condo like shower doors and some of the blinds but nothing that impacted our stay. Pickleball court and the swimming pool next to the ocean with grills were really cool!

The host was very responsive when we shared initial concerns that needed to be addressed.What we didn’t share with him was our feelings about the carpet which has dirty areas and all needs replacing. I’m not sure if this is a pet friendly condo which could be the cause of the spots.We have rented several condos in Ekahi with wonderful experiences over the past few years. This one is marginal.
