Pacific Shores A216 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring cozy, ocean inspired interiors and access to fantastic amenities and can accommodate up 6 guests. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area furnished by LifeStyle Maui. It has one window A/C in the living area to keep you cool and Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the condo provide a simple and laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. The well appointed kitchen includes a coffee maker and French press along with a dining table for 6 to enjoy a meal in. You are sure to find ultimate comfort in both bedrooms that feature the same type Queen size mattresses that are used by Ritz Carlton! Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. Additional guests can enjoy the Queen size pullout sleeper sofa. A private lanai seats two for a great place to enjoy an evening beverage. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. High speed internet and a large flat screen TV will keep you entertained while spending some time inside, but venturing out will also prove to be an incredible time!

The complex is located in the heart of South Kihei within walking distance to great shopping, unique restaurants, and fantastic beaches. You'll have a blast exploring all Maui has to offer! Nothing is too far from Pacific Shores. Does your perfect day include golfing? Try the world-famous Wailea golf course, which is less than 10 minutes away. Craving an adventure abroad? Walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive 20 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat where you can go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from Dec-Apr) or treat yourself to a relaxing sunset cruise. The possibilities of island fun are endless!

Please note the neighboring resort, Maui Coast Hotel recently completed an expansion project, but work is still underway on the shop fronts on South Kihei Road. Due to this, there may be constructions noise and increased traffic in the area. Work will take place Monday through Friday during daylight hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The place felt very homey right when you walked in. Despite only having an AC unit in the livingroom and the two bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans, the place cooled down over night and you actually didn't need the rooms to be any cooler. There's plenty of towels and extra bedding. In the kitchen, there is a variety of pots and pans, dishes and utensils, cups, coffee mugs. I was pleased to see that there was salt, and other seasonings and oil available to cook with. It saved me a trip to grab those items from the store.A few things that came up which we had to seek alternatives or reported were:Parking - the spaces are super tight. We weren't able to park in our spot overnight because the two spots next to ours had others parked which made it too tight to fit in a minivan. Our other designated spot was taken by another car that had a cover over it and it never moved. Shower head in the main bedroom - the showerhead was leaking so water shot up into the ceiling, however, when I reported this the showerhead was replaced the very next day.Washer - I am not sure what caused the malfunction but the washer stopped draining and spinning, I wasnt able to do my laundry. I reported this but since it was oir last night, I am unsure if the issue was resolved.The location of the place is walking distance to Charley Young and Kamaole I Beach. You can also walk a few blocks to an ABC store next to a gas station, Kihei Marketplace and Kihei Food Oasis.

Location, location!!

Location was convenient, easy access to beach. Room interior needs efficient cooling, linens,Bathroom curtains, towel amenities, area rug needs improvement.Kitchenwares needs to be updated, mostly mismatched and worn out. WIFI cuts in and out.Kitchen drawer was misaligned. Mahalo!!!

The property was exactly as described. Clean and well stocked although we didn't cook in the unit other than breakfast. The unit was well located and most things were within walking distance. The management team was never more than a text away if we needed anything, which we didn't, except to clarify the dates when our rental car was parked in one of the two spots. I would definitely recommend the place. It was a bit noisy because of construction (BUT we were warned of that before we rented).

The property is small but has everything we need. We cooked breakfast almost every day since the kitchen had everything we needed for it. It had spices, pots and pans, a coffee maker, a water filter, etc. The beach is just across the street where we took morning walks after breakfast. Towels, folding chairs, and one umbrella were available for us and it made our daily explorations fun, comfortable, and pleasant. After our daily adventures, we got back to relax and watched TV in the cozy living room. The bedrooms are big enough and the beds are comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was very convenient and made it easy for everyone to take showers and get ready. I have to mention that the property provided lots of towels and enough toiletries for the four of us. My family and I had a great time.

What an excellent location! The beach is little a walk across the street! Condo was well kept and we loved the personal touches provided by the owner and management company to make us feel at home! We enjoyed the stay very much, the only complaint would be communication with the agency that manages the rental. I couldn't use the pool for the first 3 days we were on Hawaii, I kept asking for the code for the pool and they gave me the same one each time. Code got reset the next month (different code for gare each month) and we were able to get in after that. Our vaccume charger was missing, managements punctuality was way off.. they said they would deliver it for 2 days in the morning, I eventually gave up waiting.. kept messaging and got prompt, very polite replies.. eventually they brought it over. Home was very nice, but the company that manages the home needs more staff or?.. Thank you Host, for your home!
