This over 1100 square foot, bright, top floor unit with ocean view, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. This clean and organized, newly redecorated from top to bottom, freshly painted condominium has 20 foot ceilings and a private upstairs primary suite with a brand new California King bed and ensuite bathroom. The main floor bedroom has a new King sized bed. New ceiling fans in all main rooms with AC in the bedrooms only. The main room has a new sleeper sofa and chair, and a new dining table and chairs. There is new vinyl flooring throughout and new carpet on the lanai with a table and chairs. Large smart TVs in each bedroom and in the main room. Complimentary high speed WiFi internet, cable and in unit laundry.

All new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with new flatware, settings and cookware. The unit also has all new linens and mattresses. 327 HK is stocked for most of your needs with beach towels, beach chairs, rolling beach cart, boogie boards, beach umbrella and beach cooler bag. Accessible building with elevator to get to the unit.

Hale Kamaole, conveniently situated at the south end of Kihei and the north edge of Wailea, has 2 pools and 1 tennis court, with multiple charcoal and gas grills. The unit is only 300m (1000 feet) from Kamaole III beach, especially great for beach going and watching the sunset. Kam III has a lifeguard, kids park, shower, bathrooms and large green space.
Keawakapu, Ulua, Mokapu, and Wailea beaches are nearby, with great beaches and restaurants. Minutes away from unit 327 HK you will find activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, the Kihei boat ramp (where most boating day trips leave from), world class golf courses, first class shopping, hiking, luaus, surfing, biking, as well as fine and casual dining are all the amazing Maui activities that are nearby.
