Overall everything was terrific. Kitchen could use a few newer pans and spatulas/cooking items. Pleasantly surprised there was little issue with bugs (just ghost ants but nothing more than that). No major surprises which was great. Property management team were especially responsive and helpful before and during our stay, they were awesome.

Location can't be beat....

This condo is in the best location, especially if you have kids. It sits inbetween Kam Beach 1 and 2, so you are steps away from amazing kid friendly beaches. The pool is a good size and was warm when we were there. Across the street is the natural food market, where we go every trip to Maui, almost every day. Tons of places to eat and shop within 5 min walk. We have stayed in Kihei many times, and this is by far the best location we have had. The condo was overall great. Some of the pans in the kitchen could be replaced, and the one bedroom doesn't have black out blinds so it's very bright very early. Not the best for kids. But the view is incredible, good size patio, the kitchen is small but functional. Great to have two bathrooms. Communication with the rental company was awesome. They always responded right away and they were so helpful. Honestly good customer service goes a long way. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
