This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The perfect place

This place was amazing. The Murphy beds were perfect for our teen and pre teen. I don't know why more rental properties don't use them! We needed nothing for our stay here. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cooler, a rice cooker, coffee maker, Tupperware for leftovers and a great ice maker! The location is great! You're right across the street from Kap 3 beach, where people gather every evening to watch the sunset on the grass. The beach also has the best snorkeling. No joke we had to avoid the turtles just to get in the water. The complex is pretty quiet. Lots of retired couples and folks with young families. Pool is great. Tennis courts were always available. Overall a fantastic trip. Would definitely rent here again!

Great property. Grounds are very clean and the unit was as described. It had everything we needed.

Dealing with Matt was great. Very responsive. The two bathrooms and two Murphy beds were great for two teenagers. We had a great time sitting in the lanaii playing cards at night. We just got home this morning and we are all sad. It was so much fun.

Nice property, beautiful condo!

The highlight of this condo is the beautiful renovated kitchen plus the 2 murphy beds. Was perfect for our grandsons! The 2 air conditioners worked quickly to cool off the unit but usually having the front and patio door open was perfect and all that was needed. We didn't cook at all but the kitchen appeared to be very well equipped. We bought a dustpan so we could keep the condo swept each day. The cooler has a broken handle so we didn't use that but did use the beach chairs a couple times. Left a couple of pool noodles to add to their water toys. The condo is on the 2nd floor, right at the elevator. Was handy without lots of noise. As for the complex, the pool was extremely crowded 2 of the days. One pool for 10 buildings just isn't enough. There is a bit of entertainment and free drinks on Wednesday evening so that found the shallow end of the pool too full of drunk adults. This is our 4th stay at Kamaole Sands and the best condo yet! Highly recommend!

At first - pricey. At second - worth every cent

I loved a few things. 1. 2 single fold down Murphy beds. Simple awesome. 2. Kitchen had everything. Including what I hate buying - tin foil. Olive oil. Salt and pepper and lots of spices. 3. Boogie boards were good. Chairs were good. 4. Condo is in excellent shape. Our family loved it here. Will come back for sure Only drawback- elevator 2nd floor. Needs better stair access, but owners can’t do a thing about that! Thank you! Mike, Owen and summer.

Updated unit with beautiful finishes!

We were blown away by this unit! It was updated with great finishes and at such a good price. The AC unit in the master bedroom was wonderful for sleeping! Loved the location of building 7 with the view of the grounds. They had many chairs, boogie boards etc. for the family too!

Cute Place, Convenient Location

Really liked the condo. Was very convenient to the beach. The neighborhood was just right for us, very walkable. Grocery store 2 miles away. Our only minor complaints were that the Murphy beds were not very comfortable (I think that's the nature of hideaway beds though), and many of the beach chairs had broken straps or buckles making them hard to carry.
