This condo is legally zoned as a hotel, not a residence or apartment (not on the Minatoya list). Given all the confusion and controversy surrounding the Maui fires, this condo is not earmarked to become a long term rental. It is a vacation rental, so please come and visit!

Come enjoy a beautiful vacation on Maui. We want you to visit!

Unit with spectacular ocean front view great for whale watching or enjoying the beach in your front yard. The condo is fully remodeled with new floors, navy and white kitchen with Italian tiles and GE Profile appliances. A modern and very comfortable living room highlights the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui mountains and nearby islands. The bathrooms have carrera marble floors and glass tiles with one walk in shower including a rain shower head. Both bedrooms are stylish and comfortably appointed with Jen Hewett and Zara materials. New split AC system in both bedrooms and living room along with sunshades for comfortable after sun.

Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels are ready for use and location is easy access to some of Kihei's best restaurants and easy grocery and souvenir shopping.

Words cannot adequately express the kindness extended to us during our stay at Koa Lagoon. During an unexpected Kona storm, Kris was amazingly supportive and considerate. The space provides the perfect getaway. We have visited numerous rental properties and found this condo unit to be one of the very best for accommodations, views, kitchen supplies, beach gear and (most importantly) staff helpfulness. We were treated not as a tenant, but rather like family.

Loved our stay on Kihei. Condo was beautiful, comfortable and the view was outstanding. Kristin our host was very responsive to our texts. Location was perfect. Sea turtles greated us morning & nite next door at the marine sanctuary. Whales were a constant every day! The Beach in front of condo was relaxing, loved the beach chairs, towels & stuff. The long walks along the beach were so very relaxing. Make this place a must stay when you visit Kihei.

Kris was a great host and the condo was perfect. The unit is spacious and the view is spectacular. There was lots of humpback whale activity during our stay, I highly recommend renting a kayak and paddling out from the beach in front of the condo for even better whale sightings-this was a trip highlight for us. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need for a great vacation!

a lanai to remember!

Delivered as promised. Kris was great to work with. Our favorite time spent in Hawaii was on this lanai. A close second was the big beach at Makena, which was about at 20 minute drive. I love to cook, and the kitchen was well appointed. And the views, the views, the views! One note for novices like us: The trade winds in the afternoon are significant! Plan your days accordingly.

Convenient family spot

We loved our time here. Kris is a great host and was so easy to work with. Communication was great. The unit is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located.This condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. The pull out couch in the living room has an air mattress top and our tween son slept great on it. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the air conditioning worked well making for a great night's sleep. The bathrooms are quite nice, and the showers are great. The kitchen is well appointed with all we needed to have a great week in Maui. The whole condo is bright with great natural light and we spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the beautiful views. Several evenings we enjoyed takeout dinner on the lanai while watching the sunset. We didn't end up using the grills, but I did take a peak at them and they're clean and ready-to-use. Everything about this place was great, and I'd definitely stay here again.

First visit to Maui

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our first trip to Maui. It was nicely updated and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We particularly liked staying in Kehei --- great central location, plenty of smaller, local restaurants to try, convenient grocery stores, etc. Would love to stay at this property again on future trips to Maui.

This place was amazing. The condo owners kept travellers in mind by having simple things available such as chairs, umbrellas and cooler available to use. We found the place to be inviting and very comfortable within a great location to access the whole island.

Beautiful condo & excellent communication, full stocked kitchen with all the needs, AC was excellent & great wifi reach! Lanai is a huge bonus with breathtaking views, the beach however is very rocky and the sand is grainy, it is great for long walks and dog play. There are soft sand beaches near by everywhere. The location is very nice and quiet, 5min drive to shops and restaraunts. The pool is also a big plus, clean and quiet, shield from the wind and sand. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic vacation

Our family of five had a wonderful vacation in Maui. We searched many places to stay on our long vacation and loved our selection. This condo is in Kihei, just north of the downtown area. We preferred to stay away from the downtown and action. The location was peaceful, and we felt as if we were living amongst the residences. The condo has two bedrooms and a comfortable couch. Our son slept on the couch and never complained. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are adequate in size, with plenty of closet space and storage. The bathrooms were clean and updated. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you need to cook meals and brew a nice cup of coffee. The refrigerator is spacious and meets all of our needs, including keeping us stocked with ice for our family of five. The island in the kitchen was spacious and was a focus point with fresh fruit and sushi. The owner was always available to answer any of our questions and promptly responded to them, which was reassuring. The people staying at the complex were also nice and friendly, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The view from the porch was amazing. We spent many mornings and late evenings just watching the ocean and the activities. The unit has plenty of beach chairs, and the chairs are in great condition. A bonus was walking from the condo to the beach early in the morning and watching the turtles close to the shore. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

This condo was clean, well appointed, in a great location and had a great view! The check-in process was easy (it was actually ready a few hours early) and communication with condo management was quick! The only thing to note is there is no TV in the master bedroom (in most of our rentals there is a TV in the master). Overall this was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely rent it again!

Girls trip

Very nice corner unit. Close to all & very easy to commute around. Parking easy & acess to beach just a few steps away. Great communication & the evening from the lanai were the best ! We cooked a few times & bbq is just down below. Grounds are beautifully kept. I would say 4 -5 guests will fit comfortably. At 6 we were pushing it a little but our stay way non the less wonderful! We would definitely book again. Thank you to the Host for opening her home for us to enjoy !

Great place and great location on the island

This property was clean, spacious and has a great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. Kihei is located in a perfect spot on the island. It’s right in the middle for where you want to be. Toad to Hana is about 30 minutes away and Wailea is about 11 minutes away. From the airport it takes about 18 minutes to get to the condo. I definitely recommend this place.
